She Spent 20 Years in the Fortune 100 Boardroom. Not to Stay There.
To bring what she discovered to the entrepreneurs who deserve it most.
"Everything I teach, I've lived.
Everything I've lived, I built for you.""

I was winning — C-suite clients, global travel, paid above my peers, recognized as an expert in Strategy and Organizational Change.
I believed in a new career opportunity so much, I stepped down a title to take it.
Between accepting and starting, they restructured. My sponsor was gone. On day one, no one even knew I was coming.
Two weeks in, at Amgen — a client I knew well — a partner I'd never met walked in and said, almost as an afterthought: "Don't get too comfortable here. I'll be moving you somewhere else."
And I laughed it off.
What I should have done was stand in my full leadership and make clear who I was. Instead, I let someone who had never seen my work move me like a pawn on a chessboard.
What followed was four years of trying to prove my value to an environment that had already decided my role — a square peg forcing a round hole.
My body broke out in a stress rash that took nine months to clear.
Three losses in three months — I was asked to work harder, not given space to grieve. My body finally said: no more.
When I stopped asking "why did this happen to me" and started asking "what do I choose to learn from this" — everything shifted.
I hadn't stayed out of passion. I'd stayed because I didn't know who I was without the title, the paycheck, the proof.
I let fear run my decisions while my authentic leadership waited quietly for permission.
The Highjump Leadership Method™ was born from that moment.
Everything in this work is built on what I wish I'd had in that room: the clarity to know who I am, the alignment to show up as that person without apology, and the presence that makes sure no one ever puts me — or you — in a box again.
"If you want freedom, choice,
influence and abundance —
it begins with coming back to yourself."

"At the core of everything I do is this:
I want you to live a life you love
— full of joy, real possibility, and the freedom
that comes from being fully seen and heard.
Not as a goal. As a standard.
That's why I show up."

Not the version you've been performing — the real one. Your most magnetic, most powerful self has always been there. This work doesn't create it. It uncovers it.

Real growth requires the courage to stand in rooms where you haven't stood before — and speak before you feel ready. Comfort is where potential waits. Boldness is where it activates.

Every person who walks in with a ceiling walks out building a new floor. We don't work within limits — we question them. The only rule here: it's bigger than you think.
Yet in the room that matters most — the keynote, the investor conversation, the stage you finally earned — you watch someone with half your substance command twice the attention, simply because they look and sound the part.
Or maybe it's quieter than that. You're the founder who can solve any problem in your business except one: standing up and saying, in your own words, why any of this matters. The offer is solid. The story still falls flat.
I built Highjump Leadership because I lived this.
After a few decades of guiding strategy and transformation solutions, I was working inside an organization with no real container for what I knew. I'd already established myself as a global thought leader — speaking, advising, shaping outcomes at the highest level. But inside those walls, I was handed the access and assignments of someone junior. Assumptions made without any dialogue. I felt that gap every day, between what I was capable of and how I was being used.
I knew I needed to leave. I stayed anyway, because fear is patient, and it had a dozen reasonable-sounding arguments for why now wasn't the time.
What finally moved me wasn't a better strategy. It was the decision to stop shrinking myself to fit someone else's idea of who I should be, and start leading from who I had been all along.
That's the work I do now with entrepreneurs and visionary leaders who are done shrinking their message to fit the room — and ready to build the room around their message.
